Who we are

The Fidelio restaurant is located inside an eighteenth-century villa, a place steeped in history and charm. Once a farmhouse, the structure became the headquarters of the Alberobello agricultural school in the 1940s — the writings of the students, still visible in the cellars, are a living testimony to this. Later transformed into a private home, today the villa hosts Fidelio, a restaurant that blends elegance and memory in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.

What makes this place truly special is the family management, the true strength of the project. Paola, the owner, and Francesco, the executive chef, welcome guests with passion, care and a cuisine that enhances the roots of the territory, offering an experience that feels like home, history and beauty.
